The Lower Hudson Council of School Personnel Administrators is a professional network of public education human resources leaders representing school districts in the Lower Hudson Valley of New York State. LHCSPA is a regional affiliate of the New York State Association of School Personnel Administrators (NYSASPA).

Membership in the LHCSPA includes access to a series of meetings and workshops throughout the school year. Membership also enables you to participate in the LHCSPA Diversity Job Fair. We also maintain an active Listserv for members.
